I'm Kristie, a Virginia Beach REALTOR® with a background in psychology and social work, deep roots in Hampton Roads, and a genuine love for helping people.

Before entering real estate in 2012, I earned my psychology degree from the University of Virginia and worked in social services. Those experiences shaped how I approach my work today—with empathy, honest communication, and a commitment to advocating for the people who trust me.

For me, real estate has always been about more than properties. It's about relationships, understanding what matters to people, and helping them navigate some of life's biggest decisions with confidence.

Home Is a Feeling

Hampton Roads has been home for many years, and I love the life we've built here.

I'm a proud mom to my grown children, James and Jonnie, and I'm married to my husband, Jason, a retired Navy veteran.

Outside of real estate, you'll usually find me spending time with family, enjoying the coastal lifestyle, cooking, trying new recipes, traveling whenever possible, or hanging out with our French bulldogs, Boudreaux and Pearl.

My family and community are a big part of who I am, and I'm grateful to call Virginia Beach home.
