About Kristie

Kristie Weaver is a dedicated NAR member who has been serving clients in the Hampton Roads area since 2012. Understanding that buying and selling a home is one of the most significant financial investments her clients will make, Kristie is driven to be an expert in her field. She takes pride in comprehensively navigating all aspects of the transaction, tailoring her approach to each client's unique situations and goals, and is committed to ongoing education to provide her not only with an extensive knowledge of the local market but of the entire real estate process. She has earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation.

With a degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia and a background in social work and special events, and marketing, Kristie brings a unique perspective to her practice, which thrives on referrals, a testament to her commitment to providing exceptional service. She has a passion for not only achieving success in real estate transactions but also fostering lasting connections with those she serves. She has consistently been ranked in the top 1% of listing and selling agents in Hampton Roads and has earned the HRRA Circle of Excellence Diamond award 5 years in a row.

Outside of real estate, Kristie is the proud parent of two grown children, James and Jonnie, and is happily married to her husband Jason, a retired Navy veteran. She is also a devoted dog lover and shares her home with her French Bulldogs, Boudreaux and Pearl.

In her free time, Kristie indulges in reading, cooking, and traveling, cherishing quality moments with friends and family. As a self-proclaimed foodie and wine lover, she is always on the lookout for the next great culinary experience. She loves the Hampton Roads area and all it has to offer, from its beaches and parks to its dining and entertainment options.
